Design with History – Images of History in Practice and Theory

The Design History Society (Gesellschaft für Designgeschichte – GfDg), founded in 2008, has sought to promote the history of design as its own independent discipline and to encourage public discussions of design history. During the conference, international vscholars present contemporary and historical case studies and focus in their talks on methods and theories of design history.
