DIY Robots

Build your own robot: in this workshop, participants will learn about many aspects of robot design, from electronic and mechanical features to the appearance and character of a robot. A micro-controller and several motors give the robots the capacity for self-propulsion. Even at a young age, designer Jan De Coster was fascinated by physics, science fiction and the concept of »hacking« things. Besides working in his own studio named Slightly Overdone, he teaches robot design to both older and younger generations.
