The furnishings on display in the Schaudepot are made from a diverse range of materials. Some are made of wood or metal, while others are manufactured from old clothing or 3D-printed plastics. As materials detectives, we investigate selected objects and experiment with various materials.

To explore more deeply the wealth and variety of the «24 Stops» along the Rehberger-Weg and their surroundings, we are offering a series of themed tours led by experts in German. Start: 4pm, alternately from the Fondation Beyeler or Vitra Campus, duration: 2 hours, price: CHF 10.- / EUR 10.- per person. The price includes a shuttle bus back to the starting point. Our Expert Tours take place whatever the weather.

Together we shall walk along the Rehberger-Weg, past gardens, fruit crops and orchards, across the vine-clad slopes of Tüllinger Berg, and through part of the historic heart of the old village of Weil. As well as magnificent views of Basel, the Jura, the Vosges and Weil am Rhein, enjoy fascinating insights into the history of this border triangle, where Switzerland, Germany and France meet.
