Nature’s Alternatives | Guided Tour and Dinner SPECIAL (DE)Food and plastic – both originate from nature. This evening will give inspiration on how to combine culinary fulfilment with a more sustainable use of plastic. In a special tour of the exhibition »Plastic: Remaking Our World«, curators Mea Hoffmann and Jochen Eisenbrand will introduce bio-plastics made from banana plants, algae, or mycelium bricks while also addressing the problem of plastic in our food chains or in packaging. The museum visit will be followed by a short tour of the Oudolf Garten and an open-air dinner on the Place Jean Prouvé, combining culinary delights with sustainability. €75.00 per person Registration |
